TCGI provided all supervision, labor and equipment to build 2.3 miles of equestrian and foot path through the Kreutzer Section of the San Isabel National Forest. The work was performed by hand at 12,000 ft elevation. The weather allowed only three to four months of work time each year during the summer.

Continental Divide National Scenic Trail Construction

TCGI performed a rehabilitation of the AG Ranch irrigation system that included removal of timber, installing 40 lf of culvert, installation of 3 headgates to include fabricating the concrete forms within the forested area by hand, and cleaning of over 5000 lf of ditches.

Hanger 1048 and 1418 Reconfigure

NAS JRB Fort Worth, TX

TCGI was a subcontractor to Walton Construction on the reconfiguration of Hangers 1048 and 1418 located at the NAS, JRB Fort Worth. Work included demolition, installing new doors, painting all walls and doors, installing new ceiling, installing new carpet, tile floors, restroom fixtures and flooring, and installing new casework.

TCGI replaced ceiling and flooring throughout the basement area. This included wrapping all chilled water pipes within the area above the ceiling.

TCGI repaired the stucco that was falling off the exterior walls of the prison, which contained asbestos. Concrete work was done on the steps and the entire exterior of the prison was painted. Exterior perimeter road and parking lot at the temp housing area were provided a new coating of asphalt.  

Burning Bear Trail Bridge Repair

San Isabel National Forest, CO

TCGI hauled a 22 foot 8x10 rough cut lumber 1/2 mile down the trail and replaced a rotted log that was one of the two supports for the bridge. All work done by hand.
