TCGI performs the Military Family Housing and Dormitory Maintenance at Dyess AFB in Texas for the US Air Force. Services include project management, maintenance management, service call maintenance that involves services to electrical, plumbing, sanitary waste, and HVAC systems, change of occupancy maintenance (COM) that includes recurring equipment maintenance, recurring exterior facilities maintenance, carpentry repairs as necessary and all interior and exterior painting for 674 family housing units. Also maintain 181 acres of grounds.

At the Office of Secure Transportation, TCGI performs complete facility maintenance. The services include janitorial services, maintenance and repair of electrical, HVAC, fire alarm and fire suppression systems, irrigation and plumbing systems, grounds maintenance in the summer and winter. TCGI also performs construction services at the facility. These services are under our GSA contract GS-06F-0044S.

At the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Batavia Detention Center, TCGI performs complete facility maintenance. The services include janitorial services; trash collection; maintenance and repair of electrical, HVAC, fire alarm and fire suppression systems, irrigation and plumbing systems, sewage, boilers, chillers, and emergency generators; grounds maintenance; snow removal and ice control; pest control services; and emergency repairs and project work.

At the four commissaries in Colorado, TCGI provides basic handyman services on a weekly basis. Services are provided for 8 hours weekly to each of the four commissaries. Also perform all preventive maintenance checks and minor repairs on plumbing systems, lights in refrigerated units, roof, HVAC filter changes, grease interceptor and emergency generators. In addition to the above, all non refrigerated repairs are conducted by TCGI. This includes emergency and non-emergency requests.
