TCGI performs the Military Family Housing and Dormitory Maintenance at Dyess AFB in Texas for the US Air Force. Services include project management, maintenance management, service call maintenance that involves services to electrical, plumbing, sanitary waste, and HVAC systems, change of occupancy maintenance (COM) that includes recurring equipment maintenance, recurring exterior facilities maintenance, carpentry repairs as necessary and all interior and exterior painting for 400 family housing units and 808 dormitory rooms.

HVAC maintenance and repair was performed by TCGI in various buildings on Peterson AFB in Colorado for the US Air Force. A total of twenty seven chillers and nine boilers were serviced.

In Butler, PA TCGI installed an exhaust duct for a sterilizer and a supplemental exhaust fan for the Department of Veterans Affairs at their Veterans Administration Medical Center.

Heat Exchanger Project: TCGI provided all construction materials, equipment, supervision and labor to replace two (2) existing heat exchangers in Bld 46 and one (1) in Bld 27, replace six (6) valves in Bld 46 and install a new pump, piping and valves in  Bld 46.

HVAC Remodel Contract at Pine Ridge Job Corps. TCGI provided removal and disposal of existing HVAC units, and associated ductwork, registers, grilles, controls, gas piping, and

electrical components; installation of new HVAC units, associated ductwork, registers, grilles, controls, gas piping, and electrical components; cutting and patching openings for new duct routing including roof repair for roof curb replacement; and HVAC system cleaning. removal and disposal of the existing domestic water heaters and installing new domestic water heaters including piping and insulation for hot and cold water hookup, gas pipe hookup and new intake and combustion air flues. cleaning interior surfaces of the existing air distribution system

TCGI performed repairs to the Smoke and Fire Barriers and electrical circuit tracing throughout the medical center.

The work included, all materials, labor, and items necessary to convert the existing electric services to a gas service in unit #110 & #112 at the Shadow Mountain Village. This included installing two forced air gas units and installing new electric radiant heat in the attics and the garages. Included demolition of all the existing units and installing all new duct systems.
