TCGI performed grounds maintenance for the USDA Forest Service at the Central Administrative Zone in Ft Collins, CO. The tasks in the summer included mowing, trimming edges, sprinkler system maintenance, weeding, aeration and raking and removing leafs. Tasks in the winter included plowing the parking lot, clearing sidewalks and deicing.

At the Army Space Command in Colorado Springs, CO TCGI worked as a subcontractor to MCDS, Inc. Services included plowing the parking lot, clearing sidewalks and deicing in the winter and janitorial services through the year.
