TCGI is the Base Painting Contractor, providing for the US Navy all supervision, labor, and materials to paint the exterior and interior of various buildings located on the Naval Air Station, JRB at Fort Worth, TX. Through Jan 2011, TCGI has completed 41 task orders.

NAVFAC Southeast

NAS, JRB Fort Worth, TX

Provide all material, equipment, and labor required for rubber removal, airfield paint removal, painting, thermoplastics, and other related work as directed in this specification. Quantities completed include:

TCGI provided all supervision, labor, materials and equipment to remove and replace wall covering, handrails and bumper guards and cove base and paint walls in various locations at the VA Medical Center in Baltimore, MD for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This contract also included modifications to main lobby to install security counter, which required some demo and electrical work.

FCI Englewood

Littleton, CO

Repair and painting of the Food Service Sally Ports and entire exterior of building was performed by TCGI for the Federal Bureau of Prisons at FCI Englewood in Littleton, CO.

At Fort Campbell , KY, TCGI worked as a subcontractor through MJ &Associates for J&J/BMAR painting the interior and exterior of various buildings. Some exterior painting was done with Sealoflex.

Fort Fisher Air Force Recreation Area

Kure Beach, NC

At Ft Fisher Air Force Recreation Area in Kure Beach, NC, TCGI painted the exterior of cottages and fences for the US Air Force. Services included furnishing all labor, equipment and materials to prepare cottages by scraping and pressure washing and then painting the units.

Platt River Lodges

Offutt AFB, NE

TCGI provided all supervision and labor to include the repair and painting of all exterior wood siding, trim, porch railings and columns, decorative lattice work, entry doors and miscellaneous surface mounted items on all Platte River Lodges. The Platte River Lodges are composed of 5 separate complexes with 12 individual units per complex, three laundry facilities, a small office facility and a storage garage.
